Loved this workout! The 1min back to back was in a way psychologically more doable maybe because each round complimented each other and after a minute you are just happy to move onto the next round. Thank you again Mike for such amazing killer workouts 💪

Subscriber. Love the workours. I have zebra mat 5x10 and a full set of bells up to 70lb. Been using kettlebells since early 2000s. Love them and really enjoy these workouts to mix things up. Thanks for posting them.

Thanks for the amazing content Mike. How many workouts do you recommend per week to still give muscles proper rest?

Depends on your recovery really... I recommend a 3-1-2-1 Split. 3 Days on 1 day rest 2 days on 1 day rest Generally 4-5 days a week has shown tired and true in my opinion.

Great, thanks for the feedback. I usually exercise everyday, but throw in just a light run or cycle on the recovery days.

Cool. I always say rest days should be active rest. Maybe a run or walk. Just nothing to intense. Ya know. The body needs to recover

Warm up Cardio jumping jacks. Rest as you but bell 20 kg. Workout bell 20 kg 3 rounds Push press 9 reps per side each round 2hs Swings about 36/38 each round Jump squat rev lung alt 10 per round Dead pull over 18 reps per round Push ups 18 per round Rest 🤢 Second workout Plank Run Mt climb touch knee Run Scissors alt Run Rest Second round Cardio jumping jacks rest the same Third round Cardio run rest the same.
