First time using your channel. This was a phenomenal workout! I used a 22kg for the 1st part and a 16kg for cardio. I didn't get through the 12 minutes.... I'll have to keep trying this one!

Great Job!!! The last 12 are tough. If I do that again, I would program to have it 15 minutes. Hell, that set to 15 minutes could be a whole workout itself! LOL.

I LOVED the 12 minuter! It’s super challenging and I love racing the clock and not focusing on the muscle fatigue. Excellent work 💪🏻💪🏻

This was CRAZY like NYC back in the 80’s 😆 😂. Great freakin workout! I used a 28kg for the first part then for the smoker used a 20kg for the high rep round then a 24KG for the remaining rounds. Couldn’t do all 5 rounds of 3 reps but I’ll get there soon ✌️

Finally got around to doing this one. I used 2 x 35# bells for the first section. I did the swings with a narrow stance as I tweaked my back last time I tried double kb inside the legs. Great workout, cheers!

Used 32kg for the first portion. 16kg for the second. I got through the first two rounds and just did alternating snatches to finish because I had no chance of finishing. I thought 16kg would be 🎂 but it still lit me up. Best choice after the heavy strength for the wind I think.
