In today’s video, I take you through a beginner follow along foam rolling routine that is perfect for the motocross athlete! Foam rolling is great for increasing circulation, reducing muscle soreness, and increasing your body’s range of motion! Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a miracle cure, but if we want to be the best at what we do, we need to leave no stone unturned, doing everything we can to maximize recovery so we can continue to train as hard as possible each and every day.

Remember, this routine is a tiny snapshot from the world of foam rolling. There are several techniques that I didn’t include. This video is meant to teach you basic foam rolling skills so you can get started on your own! If you need to purchase a foam roller, you can get them from Walmart, Target, Amazon, pretty much any place that sells fitness equipment.
