Very interesting documentary. I removed Instagram like 2 years ago because it was so addictive. It also was making me feel bad and reminding me that other people have it better than me. Just try not using it for one week and you'll see the difference. Nowadays every platform has an algorithm that studies what are your preferences thus giving you that content you like and you keep mindlessly scrolling, engaging and consuming. Afterwards you realise how much time you wasted. It has came to a point where the electronics had become a weapon. You have to use this weapon mindfully. When you grab the phone think what are you going to do with it and not just use it because you don't have anything to do because the inventors know how our brain works and they'll exploit us.

True but I also feel like it’s the way people use it I can use social media to brand a product or content. Like for me my Instagram is full of books, motivation, cars, stocks and building wealth so even thought I’m on social media I’m using it as an advantage to gain knowledge. I have taken so much social media breaks and it was one of the most peaceful and amazing experience every I felt like i was isolated in a bubble and peaceful and not hearing about the world’s tragedies.

I would guess that people enjoy the type of music, videos and/or playlists you have on your KZbin channel, so they subscribe. It's much easier to get to your content versus searching for it every time they get on..

I don't use social media. In fact, I choose to not even own a cell phone, because I am selfish. I don't feel the need to make myself available to everybody 24/7. I have a landline. If you call and get a busy signal, then I'm talking to somebody else. Wait your turn. If you get my voicemail, them I'm either out, busy doing something or screening my calls. Leave a message. If I want to talk to you I will call you back. I'm not reclusive by any means. I actually have more face-to-face conversations with people since I got rid of the constant distractions that a cell phone provides. It's very freeing.

Amazing documentary. I am a youtuber and a blogger as well. I am struggling but I am loving this journey (even if it is too hard for a normal person to make content strategies, write a blog post, keyword research for video or blog post, then handling everything during recording and then spending lots of time in post production) because I love to share my knowledge with others, love to help them with my knowledge because I know how it feels when you want to do something but there is no one to guide/help you.

6 years ago I set up a facebook account and after 2 months I was so addicted to checking messages, likes, comments😩 then I realized what the hell I was doing this is not me 😳 after deleting the account and the application from the home screen automatically for 2 weeks, I still thought that I had a facebook account😳how bad and strong this adiction is 😏 I'm so happy i don't have any of this Social media anymoore 😊
