Something for your buzz file - I follow a lot of content creators, but you are definitely one of my favourites! I love your genuine, natural style and your pace of delivery is well matched to my ability to take on board and process information so I learn a lot watching you. Keep up the great work! ❤

Thank you so much for this!!! I have 16k items in my inbox...that's down from 20k a few months ago. My method has been to just filter on an email so I can mass delete but I see now I need to create essential labels for the things I need to process and unsubscribe/delete from everything else.

You said that for your online orders, you just remove the label once you've received the order, but where does that email go at that point?

it's great system but am confused - you don't move anything to archive folders after you acted on the emails you keep? What is your archive folder structure? I have to keep many emails so am curious how to systemise that because I have 50+ folders!

You made me count my archive folders, I have 63! I keep everything that needs attention in my received and file once I address it. Gotta be a better way...

I actually don't archive in any folders. That is what Gmail search is for. The folders I have are for actions I need to take or things I need to quickly reference because they are current to a project, travel location, etc.
