Follow your Heart

I was pushed to the depths of despair. 💔
Only when we are pushed do we truly discover our truth. I had to be true to myself and be real learning to step into the flow of life.
God for me is the same place I take my photographs from, it is a deep stillness. It is always being connected to a synchronized Universe.
In school we were never taught that we have a mind and a heart. The only focus at school was on the mind. Nowhere do they say follow your heart.

I follow my heart. I feel compassion and as a result had a heart attack called Broken Heart Syndrome (Takutsubo). My heart went out to all the suffering my native Ukraine was undergoing. Following one's heart can't be the way to go.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope you are ok now. What I am meaning is to be real with ourselves. We can have deep hurt inside of us from childhood that follows us our whole lives. This was my case. What I am meaning is to follow our own joy. To do what is true for us. To follow our bliss. Sometimes sadness can Crack our hearts wide open. We are pure love inside ❤️ its to sit in meditation and to experience our own love then it with flow from us. I hear you about feeling for others, but we have to be kind to ourselves first. Sending you so much love and joy.

Love what you have said here. They don't but those that did know they made us believe it was not good. Example the Eastern religions are kept away from the westerners, back then anyway. It's a little easier now to have access, and we can make up our own minds
