Kate, I’ve followed you for years, I’ve only commented twice,but I’ve been meaning to tell you that I had metal allergies for years,but you can actually outgrow it. I couldn’t wear jewelry for years ,but out of the blue..I think I was 38 I could! I’m now almost 63 and adore wearing jewelry so don’t give up. I’ve noticed you are wearing rings now. Try wearing something you haven’t been able to for short periods of time. I think it has to do with maturing body chemistry

Menopause changes your allergies. I was severely allergic to cats all my life. After menopause, my house cat Luna and I are bffs!
