Just a few cents: 1.Manasi-- this project is not about you, for God sake. We are not interested in listening about you, your choices and interests. Since you are a vegetarian, you kept only vegetarian culinary items in the video, while Bagmati Pradesh which is dominated by Newar and they have a diverse plethora of buff delicacies from skeuwa to sapumicha to woh and bara. You missed all those, I feel you do not work as a team and want to be more in focus. Kishore-- We understand the privilege you come from but do not underestimate the platform. The constant rant that you came to the show for fun "ramauney" reflects your callous attitude and lack of research methodology. I mean how the hell on the planet is gold mining/collection related to biodiversity. This video also you did not travel, did not take enough efforts to do literature review and stuck to one place, Nepalgunj.I mean where is the diversity of Lumbini. You came to the platform knowing very well the format, now ranting that food photography is extensively tedious and technically advanced does not make sense.I wish you put a little bit more effort in this programme. A newbie content creator/youtuber would die to get an opportunity that you are getting-- please understand your privilege and hope you do not take it for granted. Abin- Your story about Karnali was really heart-warming and remorse. But your storytelling technique wish was a bit more versatile. (Imagine Nepal should keep the mission of the platform bit more clear- do they seriously want to promote tourism or show the sorry state of affairs and gain attention) Nepal Foods - Just because you are Nepal Foods you had a bit more expectations, but the story was pretty captivating. exactly ... speacilly team kishor ... its been 3 episode and he did not shown anything from hiils and mountains ...he did not shown anything from all these disctiricts rolpa , rukum, pyuthan, gulmi, arghakhanchi, palpa, butwal, dang....1st episode he shown people & culture mostly from lumbini and few from rukum, in the 2nd episode he shown a river, in the 3rd episode he shown one street of nepalgunj. we are very unhappy with him ...wrong person representing us .... you are also right about mansi ...but atleast all the other team going to every districts and trying to find out diversity , food, culture, people ..but team kishor .... this show is about representing nepal .. its not only cinemotpgrapgy competition ...

Back with my review for this episode (This is before I saw Bhusan Ji's score): Sudur Paschim: Nepal.Food was in a lot of pressure here! I am happy to see new food items being introduced. They chose to focus on the food details like the origin and ingredients which was great. The food exploration story created by Nepal.Food, also giving us some glimpses of the backstage/direction was great. Featuring the one and only Santosh Ji was a great idea also. Critic: As Bhusan Ji said I was also a bit greedy and wanted to see more. The storyline could have been so much better. The audio quality was poor this time, which made it hard to follow through some of the parts. Score: 7 'Prakash Pradesh' Province 1: The storyline, music and narration felt so fresh to me. The focus shots with oranges and other ingredients were cool. I felt so tortured having to watch others chew on the famous and mouth-watering sekuwas of Dharan. The savoring moments by the entire team were captured beautifully. and BTW, featuring the entire team was a great move. The chicken feather dish was one of the most unique things I saw in these two episodes. KUDOS! Critic: I was missing the subtitles. Second, I have had a chance to visit Phaplu once in 2020, it is a beautiful place. I wish they showed a local breakfast - I can get toast and omelets anywhere; they wasted a long time there featuring a not so authentic dish!!! Score: 7.7 Madhesh: Kanchan bro’s opening statement was so profound coming from his experience as a ghumante who has been to every nook of Nepal; I loved that he challenged Bhusan Ji's idea of supporting Karnali. As always, this was a very ghumante type video, raw and natural and beautiful with a lot of information. The food was segmented/oranized well into different segments: Street, Breakfast, Mithila etc. and a lot of food items were shown. Katiya looked so delicious; I would love to try it someday. In a way, Kanchan bro is also teaching a lot of us pure Nepali words. Critic: Video editing and transition felt really odd in a lot of places. Again, this is not a technical competition but these are easy-basic things. Score: 7.7

I have been following this show from the beginning. I thought its a glamorous show and will show the tourism related mountanious photography and videography. The last video of sahana pradhan's on bio diversity touched me alot. But this one is speechless.. While we are watching menu in the restaurant people of karnali dont even have a food to fill their hunger. Today we are celerating 15th republican day and after the 77th years of democracy, this is what the karnali and their struggle for food. This is the real picture of Nepal in the name of reciprocal development. They dont have the choices what to eat they have only choice that how can we eat. This 7 minute film entirely changed my perception towards food, taste, cuisine etc. Lets support karnali. Lets do some contribution to the karnali. Please dont waste food.

It's good, the purpose for which the program was made seems to be awesome.. I just want to say I have watched almost every episode, as I am from Sudurpaschim, I don't see them doing justice to what the place possesses (in the episodes). Yes, it is not possible to capture everything but at least the videos should be representative of the places they are showing. I don't know about other places. But yaa hope it's just the first season and they keep improving... keep up the good work. 🙂

If I had the chance to capture the cuisines of madhesh pradesh, I would depict the following foods: - tadi, nigar and raw tobacco leaves and its making (mainly cultivated in outskirts of Janakpur) - katiya/matka mutton - janakpuriya lassi, badam ko satuwa, singhada, foont fruit, watermelons, coconut - fish and mutton taas - nun khursani and chamal ko roti - foonpi, kachri and bhel muri - musa ko aachar in mushar basti - kadi badi, furaula and daal petthi - karela ko bharuwa, kaacho mango ko aachar/salad - buniya, besan ko laddu, soan papdi and chini kataura. etc

I wish I am wrong for writing this comment. But still I wanna pour something out of my mind. May be due to lack of time, everything is not covered in the video. We have 1000’s of different varieties of food which is locally originated in every nook and corner of our country and they are prepared with immense love which pours peculiar taste. Food comes from culture and Cooking comes with passion. Varieties of food which is eaten is totally dependent on the geographical location. I wish this was also properly explored. Food cooked in different festivals also carry did value. Food can be way to the heart for anyone understood well.

Every food may not be able to get captured. They may have missed few. Slowly but surely all those missed food will be included on future as well. Bhakar ta suru Bhai rakhako cha, n it's a great start, if we'll presented 🇳🇵 nepalese food will go International and some of them food will go famous not all. There r so many food in the world to be explored not just Nepals. Eg India Mai kati dherai khana hold that we don't know as Its Such a big country with so many different culture n religion but Indian food is world wide n only some of Indian food r recognized in the world. Eg tikka masala, biryani, masal dosa, paratha, Allo sum, Samosa, chola kulcha, lassi, kulfi, sweets gulab jamun, julabi, gajar ko halua, khir, Butter Chicken etc **So we need to make some of our special food world wide. As per aspect of tourism in nepal I understand that we should have to upgrade our Nepalese food as they needs, I mean to say that we should have to take care about their health first point e.g basic thing we must think do they digest this food while they traveling they don't get lose motion, vomiting or food poison sometime some people get sick from healthy food it doesn't food problem it's people digestion problem and other thing we have to focus thier tongue each and every tongue needs different tests so I think we have to little upgrade our food quality and test as Santosh Shah Sir also did that job really well he knows that people can eat this food from outside and inside as well.
