Loveeeee the fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes with the fresh mozzarella and basil. Olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar so good

Fresh mozzarella, put them in a salad, I use those to stuff a meatloaf so when you cut it them mozzarella oozes out Or just fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, olive oil, some basil, salt and pepper and a French bread Yum

Wow I’ve never seen such a large food bank haul! Mine have never had anything like that. I’ve given up on going because this year it seems to be an over abundance of nuts, beans, rice, canned tomatoes and canned fish. The food mobiles have been similar. I have a local mobile food bank tomorrow I will try. Hoping to receive more variety for my family. 🙏🏼

@@debbieframpton3857 they are wonderful items minus the canned fish it really grossed me out lol but there is only so much of the other items you can eat. It’s nice to have a variety like produce and other sources of protein. Also for people with nut allergy it seems wasteful to give them a box of 30 bags of nuts. If your in need of food don’t hesitate to visit your food bank!🙏🏼

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) with "the mother" contains strands of proteins, enzymes, and beneficial bacteria that give the vinegar a murky appearance. This substance is created during the fermentation process and is also known as the vinegar mother. That's what Google told me anyways... LoL 😂

I have been told that everything has carbs. They only have to report it if it's a certain amount. I just looked up eggs and yes they do have carbs in them. I know you can subtract fiber from the carb count and that will reduce the carbs at least as a diabetic that's what I've been told

Hi Candance, The "mother" in Apple Cider Vinegar just means it contains the good bacteria. Plain Apple Cider Vinegar has that bacteria removed. You can also tell if it contains the mother by what looks like a residue floating at the bottom of the bottle (it's actually better for you if it has this), so don't be worried if you see these "floaters" LOL! I hope this helps.

Candy it’s your teeth situation I told you before I had gastric bypass 16 uyeads ago I blamed my food issues on it when it was my teeth almost 1 year ago I had my teeth all pulled out and a full set of dentures and the world of good eating open up to me

Candy go the food bank get the food that you need other people should do, but they have stigmas about food bank and they think they don’t deserve to go there food bank there’s in my area that put food down on their porch for people to come and get it cause they don’t know what to do with it

Some of that food should be delivered to the homeless there's homeless in every city these days 😢

Be realistic. The homeless need help, but they can't use raw meat. Struggling families who go to foodbanks gave the option to go to a foodbank and maybe pay for utilities, kids' school equipment, petrol to get to work etc with the money saved. Working doesn't mean rich and managing. One unexpected bill can be the difference between balancing the books and living on the streets for some people.
