I just love your videos Raphael. You got me through a very dark and depressing winter this year. It's literally dark all the time in Washington State in the winter and on top of that my dog died after he was very sick for a time. So, I watched your videos to take my mind off being so depressed. Your silliness and self deprecating humor always managed to cheer me up. The times you talk about struggling with anxiety also reminds me that I'm not alone in my struggles.

@@Littlemom1977 I have it too. I don't know if this would be a help to you but I can usually handle the baby food fruit pouches. It's basically a smoothie and gets different nutrients. Also I don't know if you have tried putting soft food in a blender with a little bit of liquid to make it drinkable but I can sometimes still manage that when it gets bad. I hope you can have the cookie protein powder though to get more calories!
