My favorite place to get food there is the bakery. Especially since it's just before venturing out in the park.

The food is good.. but very expensive.

Great food at Silver Dollar City --- but unless things have changed a lot since the late 1980s, I don't advise taking any friend or acquaintance who refuses to eat meat. There wasn't much in the way of vegan or vegetarian cuisine there. I didn't mind, since I liked meat and still do. But they need to accommodate all conceivable guests.

One nice thing about SDC is they let you bring your own food in. Good for the wallet, and special diets. I brought most of my own food, but ate one dinner there with no meat. Enchilada nachos, extra black beans instead of chicken.
