From an oasis in the Tokyo suburb of Hachioji, to fishing in the heart of the city, Shizuka visits these water-themed restaurants. Unsurprisingly, both restaurants feature fish- but will the meals go along swimmingly?

I went to a restaurant in Matsuyama where they brought out a roughly one cubic foot bowl filled with water and sea weed. It had about thirty small fish about two inches long swimming in the water. The idea was to catch the fish with our chopsticks, dip it in the sauce, and drop it in our mouth. They were, of course, the freshest fish we could have eaten, and boy, were they delicious!

Everything you try on the show is MMMM! but having tried these foods before, I don't think I can trust you, Shizuka. Tofu and konyaku are NOT MMMM.
