Food cravings can lead a person to eat foods that have adverse health effects, and they can disrupt efforts to follow a healthful diet.! Intense food cravings can disrupt healthy eating and lead to obesity and related health problems. Food cravings can also make it difficult to one to tend to other health needs, including sleep and exercise. Aside from physical health matters, food cravings can disrupt social life, and lead to problems with employment and family. In extreme cases, extreme food cravings can lead to violence and legal problems, or contribute to accidents, especially motor vehicle accidents if a craving consumes ones mind.!

Good topic to discuss... Gut-brain connection gurinchi chadivaanu, meeku avagahana untey oka video cheyyandi... These so called food cravings are result of either some deficiency in food or due to emotional distress which may even lead to major mental health issues like anxiety depression and suicidal tendencies.....

Drinking tea twice a day is not an addiction. If you think it's bad, you can reduce or eliminate the sugar in it, or switch to green tea with no sugar.

@@jnanaparishilakaIf you can stay without drinking tea everyday at the same time time then it is not an addiction. But if you can't stay without drinking tea or coffee, whenever you cannot drink, you have an urge or anxiety in mind to drink , if you feel dull then it is a tea addiction. Caffeine and sugar are addictive.

I also have tea addiction. I have been trying to stop it for a year. But I am unable to do it. I have some side effects by drinking tea, so I want to avoid it. But unfortunately my mind is addicted.
