I think the secret oil they spread on at the end is a mix of coconut oil, and peanut oil and simple syrup? I love chico sticks! Favorite of New Yorkers since I was growing up, they sell these in just about every other store.

FYI, the mythical and almost impossible to find Atkins mixed Halloween bag is the best candy bag ever made. Chico's, sour cherry's, long boys, penut butter somethings...so bomb.
