I fixed them last night. Thick and good. I couldn’t find chickpea flour so I used coconut flour. The flavor was a bit different from before I added the flour. I was impressed at how well it held together . Thank you for posting !

@@PhatVeganTV no problem, they are coming along slow but steady, my vegan desserts are a hit with my vegan friends. Still haven’t been able to find a good substitute for meat. (I’m a big carnivore)

@@mizukageezay2243 Yea it’s tough to get good substitutes. There’s some brands that get it close like Beyond and Gardien, even Field Roast. Lately I’ve been experimenting with Jackfruit. It makes good for pulled pork and even chicken. Another good one I’ve been trying is mushroom. Like oyster mushrooms and lions main mushrooms. The are close to the texture of chicken.
