In this video, I shared with you my top 5 food habits that have made a difference for me when it comes to sustaining a healthy lifestyle. I do not want to be an advocate for food rules. rules can be limiting and create restrictions, and I believe in having flexibility and freedom when it comes to our food choices.

SHAKSHUKA RECIPE!
Ingredients:
- One small yellow onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 4-5 eggs
- 1 can of crushed tomato
- Cilantro
- Olive oil
- feta cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of crushed red pepper (optional)
- salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Start by dicing the onion and red bell pepper.
2. In a large heated pan with olive oil, add in the onion and bell pepper and saute on medium heat until the onion is translucent.
3. Add in all of the seasonings and allow them to cook for another minute
4. Pour in your can of crushed tomato and 1/4 cup of water. Allow to simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes
5. With the back of a spoon, create 4-5 indentation in the tomato sauce and crack your eggs onto them.
6. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes
7. Add a handful of cilantro and feta cheese to the top and serve with bread or baked potatoes!
