In this video, I share what I eat in a day as a dietetics nutrition student. Currently, I'm following an intuitive eating approach. I don't have a typical day of eating, it changes every day. In this video, I also share with you briefly what my thoughts on the health at every size movement and the concept of fatphobia.

Great points on fatphobia. We can talk honestly about the real health risks of a high body fat percentage, just like we can talk about the risks of smoking or drinking or a sedentary lifestyle, without shaming anyone

Right. If the shaming is what we’re trying to target since it is an issue in the media we consume, in clinical settings, at the doctors office, in social interactions etc, I think calling the movement “health at every size” is misleading to the real problem. Same as “anti-diets”. Dieting does work, but doing something that’s extreme and/or unsustainable is what doesn’t work. The behavior has to be something that you can sustain long-term and be happy with.
