Because Sauce is one of those that all over and are normally good, it’s like trying the different KFCs in each area as CJ said, lol

Also interesting take on KFC not being the same across the country ,over here the KFC is the same all across the country. The only difference in quality is if they’re not filtering the oil as expected/ intended as it affects the taste of the chicken.
