This is an example of a real urban farmer's market. There is a vendor I remember that made his own butter, and he would cut a piece from a large block. Also some great cheese shops and Portuguese bakeries. Those back bacon sandwiches were also good.

Usually packed with a multitude of activity. The St. Lawrence Market is worth seeing . A main floor a downstairs and if you like history, go up the elevator to tour the city hall that was once there.
