25:43 As an iron deficient dude who now is on a diet that has a lot of spinach, this is accurate. A recipe for my spinach because I like flavor 1: Put heat on stove at medium-high (about a 7 for me) 2: Add a little bit of butter or cooking oil to a pan, just enough to grease it 3: Put about 3 cups of spinach, or half a bag, into the pan. 4: Put 2 cloves of garlic in a garlic press and press it above the spinach, get the garlic in. (Or use a zester but be careful because those can cut you) 6: Cook until spinach is sad and soggy. It will be dark green. 7: Take the spinach out of the pan and onto a plate. 8: Top with cheese (optional) I use gruyere because it's good. Usually I make this alongside an egg so I get protein. I've eaten 4 bags of spinach in the last week. Hopefully it will cure my lack of metal in my blood.
