Also saying medieval "people" is too generic. Military men would be pretty much the only athletic looking taller people, peasant men would be slender and smaller, noble men and women would often be obese with the higher their status the bigger they tended to be with some kings being 400 to 500 lbs at times. Friars would tend to be obese, but other religious leaders would grow and shrink through binging and fasting. Of course nobody would look like the guy in the video as steroids weren't invented yet.

8:54 That is literally how my lunches used to look a few years ago 😂 I was obsessed with taking any random crap I could find that I was in the mood to eat, and then plating it nicely so not only would I not have to worry about carrying multiple dishes to wherever I was going to sit, but it also looked pretty decent and I felt like I had accomplished something lol (My favorite thing used to be arranging apple slices in a circle that fit perfectly around one of those little condement bowls that I put some peanutbutter in. MMM that stuff was delicious)
