Namaste, A variety of Puri is Bedmi Puri, it has a small stuffing of cooked urad dal, maybe you guys call it mash ki dal. The dough is a mixture of both wheat flour and semolina. Puri comes out firm and crisp but not flaky, served with chole and tari Wale alu ki sabzi, North Indian breakfast.🇮🇳

Lahore seems to have a culture of breakfast ..is that only in androon or everywhere in Lahore? If people eat such heavy Nashta, do they also eat lunch around 1?
