Great recipe! Thank you. I made my own bread and rolls but I use a bread machine to make the dough. I need to do the oven rolls. These look great.

how much yeast, are you rising them first or just baking them, are you baking at 350 and for how long...looks very good

yayyy, i just sold my rental condo, so now i have the funds to be able to buy a freeze drier!! i figured i'd would be able to make some 'hunters meals' and sell them at the farmers market...

have you tried freeze drying milk (assumed you had), but was it skim, full fat etc... and did you calculate to find out whether it was cheaper to just buy it or do it yourself... i have a rental apartment i'm just putting up for sale, and i'm determined that once i get that sucker sold, i'm buying a freeze drier! i don't eat meat myself, but my dogs do so i'd like to get about a hundred pounds of hamburger and freeze dry it... you can only keep so much dog food and it doesn't last forever.

What temp for baking and how long? Did you let your dough rest covered?
