Def not anything about Moto but the message is still there, and is applicable to anyone, remember how you feel after you eat something, make a note of the foods that you go yeah I feel good or no I feel fat or crappy, and then do or don’t eat foods according to your own personal composition and what’s it’s told you in the past. Forget the emotional tie to it and remember, you are what you eat… common sense but so true thanks Gypsy for the banger on a Monday

It's not so straightforward. For example, in gym I noticed that I have best results when I feel crappy before training. Big meals will make you feel relaxed, it feels good, but you won't be able effectively work or train few hours after it. There are many examples when feelings do not correlate with actual performance. For me message is completely unclear.
