U mention that "daging salai" taste like smoked beef..Salai actually the Malay word for smoked.So,.ur taste bud is really spot on Bro Chu.. 👍👍 Negeri Sembilan is famous for spicy dishes..It will suit u since Korean mostly enjoy spicy food. Masak Lemak Cili Api.Roughly trnslated as Creamy Hot Chili.Creamy part come from coconut milk.while the spiciness come from Cili Api.. At the snack counter..U read the word Nismilan..Nismilan actually refer to Negeri Sembilan.The state in which lemak cili api originated from. Apart from my native state food (Johor).I Iove dishes from Negeri Sembilan bcoz the spiciness add kick to the food. On a side note..Actuall pronounciation of TEMPEE is TEMP (like in temperature) PAY It is actually fragmented soy bean.And a staple food/snack for Javanese people.Im half Javanese myself. As I predicted..U are becoming more & more famous Bro Chu..Sambal Man.. Lemme explain 😆 Masak lemak cili api is dish cooked with coconut milk and chilies (not the big chili but the small one, i think its more spicier than cheongyang gochu 🤔) Daging salai is actually smoked beef, in Negeri Sembilan its common and you can easily find smoked chicken, beef, duck there 🤤 in the video you also curious what is nismilan right, its actually Negeri Sembilan.

actually i like gulai pucuk paku tuh with siput sedut is more Negeri Sembilan style.. Umbut kelape with daging salai .. ikan kurau masin gulai with nangke(some of place in Negeri Sembilan make this super spicy) so must asking 1st.. and lastly gulai sembilang salai masak lomak cili api.. hooohohoo this is list of crazy one if u found the correct place and kampung styles! 😎
