I've been to India. This crazy noise reminds me so much of Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Jodhpur. LOL. The food in India was DELICIOUS! So I'm trying to spice up my egg-based grub using Indian inspiration. It would've been nice if you had provided the ingredients (in English) this guy is using. It also appears that the boiled eggs were lightly pickled in some onion and cilantro beforehand? Specifics would be greatly appreciated so we here in the U.S. can learn a thing or two about this delicious dish.

AKA Cumin powder; 2:14, Garam Masala powder.

They actually talk about the spices although very faintly... but they pretty much use the same spices and ingredients in pretty much everything(I worked with a lot of Indians in a residential setting and I picked up quite a bit) The eggs were simply boiled then was put in a bowl filled with green peppers and onions after he peeled them off. Its not pickled, just a bowl filled with said ingredients. He fried some cumin first before putting in the eggs. For the spices, I'm 90% sure theres turmeric, garam masala, salt, Amchoor(Mango Powder) & black pepper! Happy cooking :)

He started with adding some whole cumins, or some cumin seeds in refined oil. Then he added chopped eggs. Then he sprinkled some cumin powder, followed by black pepper powder and garam masala powder. Garam masala is a Hindi name & there is no translation.
