Ingredients for Ambur Chicken Briyani:-
Ingredients :
Zeeraga samba rice - 1kg
Chicken - 1kg
Oil - 250ml
Chilli paste -
Onion - 500grm (7 to 8 medium size )
Tomato - 500grm ( 7 to 8 medium size )
Lemon - 1/2
Cinnamon - 2grm
Cardamom - 2grm
Clove - 2grm
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 bunch
Mint Leaves - 1/4 bunch
Ginger - 100grm
Garlic - 100grm
Salt - (For Masala) 1 1/2 tablespoon
Curd - 250ml
Water - ( For Masala) 600ml
Water - (To Boil Rice) 2.5 litre
Salt - (For Rice Boiling Water) 2 tablespoon

I tried with half kg chicken and 50% of ingredients as suggested in video. But, added 2 spoons of red chilli paste. It taste was perfect and felt like eating Ambur Rehaman, Star, Khaja and Salam hotel briyani. Many thanks bro for perfect briyani receipe.

I'm from Andhra living in TN since quite a few years. Though we Telugus love our Hyderabadi Style Biryani I really like this Ambur Biryani so much so that I'd definitely order at least twice a month from authentic Ambur restaurant. And I found this amazing channel. Just yesterday I made this one and it turned out to be exactly like the ones I order from the restaurant if not more tasty. I'm so proud of myself that I made this for my family who also enjoyed it very much. One thing I learned from my experience cos I tried mutton biryani 2 weeks ago but the rice got soggy and so the boiling time of Seeraga Samba Rice must be spot on ( just 1-2 mins for both for chicken & mutton Ambur biryanis). This time it's perfect. It wouldn't have been possible without you. Thanks a lot to Jaffar & Abdul Bhai. Your combo is fantastic, funny and homely. Keep going. God bless!

Whenever I am in vellore, I eat Ambur biriyani in amma or jothi biriyani and whenever I'm in Karnataka, I see this video to make chicken and the other video for mutton. Superbly explained. 👌

Before trying it I was thinking how can rice be cooked in 15 minutes and I had a lot of doubts but gave it a try, I followed each and every step and ingredients mentioned here and it turned out too good I'm definitely gonna note down this recipe because measurements are perfect!

​@@karthicks8173sister redchilli paste only we used in biriyani but if you want not spicy means you can skip red chilli and add kashmiri chilli powder, but I used redchilli paster as per videou but I want little more spicy so I add one more table spoon red chilli paste.

Correct procedure. Ambur style biriyani does not use green chillies or chilli powder. Also if we use regular oil quantity the biriyani will be dry. Awesome bhai
