Do you think that chefs clean the same pan that they're cooking eggs in all night? If they did, they would never finish anyone's meal on time. Besides, as long as the pan was clean in the beginning, if you do continuous cooking and use of a pan or utensil, what's the purpose of cleaning it between every omelette? It's a complete waste of time and pointless, since it doesn't go bad.

Most street vendors in developing countries do not have the capacity to own expensive equipment to prepare food. They are not allowed to sell anything without a permit which costs a lot of money. The little amount they earn from this probably puts food on their table. Also, people like us who were born and raised in such countries don’t get sick from eating this food. We have strong immune systems.
