Awesome creativity !!!! 👌👌👌 Speechless , the only question is it's really hard to work with frozen parathas as soon as u take them out of freezer within a minute or two they turn soft and very sticky and it's really hard to handle and work with them so how to tackle this problem . Plz reply must .

Don’t let the paratha defrost, keep parthas in freezer floor and shape on one paratha at a time, and keep on floured baking tray then just aply whisked egg and bake,, never ever leave the parathas out of freezer
