Lacks some ingredients, hence why they have to chipped out some of the meat of the roast pork due to burnt taste.. Not the tastiest roasted pork belly but the char siew is definitely better than the roast pork..

@@SKW465 I don't really care about the comfortable dining environment. It's the shocking premium pricing just because of the Michelin recognition. Agree its just wayy too high to charge that. Looking at the process of the prep, i'm sure other similar restaurants go through a very similar process too. To pay double or triple the price and on top of that a long queue, to me its not worth it.

Wtf she's just putting charcoal directly on those burners while I'm being so precious about mine. They cost like $200!! I'm also amazed - after dunking the damn thing in boiling water, even after poking thousands of holes into them and putting a lot of salt on the skin the draw out the moisture, for what appears to be at most one hour, how the heck do you manage to still achieve a crispy skin?

NOT impressed. Especially the preparation with not cleaning the cutting board after preparing raw meat and then using the same board for cooked meat. Also, if you do smoked pork like that and then have to spend time scraping the burnt skin.... while the old man just sliced off all the good portions of the meat which is concentrated with spices. Then on top of that, the lady just deep fried the chicken which is NOTHING special. I've seen better preparation of the same pork and chicken and totally cheaper than what's on the menu there.
