Just grab a bowl of curry and bread. They have to make it so complicated for presentation while it totally doesn't contribute to the taste. If anything, it just creates more waste and reduce the practicality of enjoying the food.

This kind of coffee is bad for health. It's very strong and bitter when you drink it. Previously i drank it a lot with 2 spoon of sugar or mix with condense milk to make it less bitter. Now stop drink this kind off coffee and stick to single origin from Ethiopia which is less acidity. Smooth for americano. Just pure black coffee.

Low and slow, puncture skin for crispier. Salt pepper maybe 5spice in tummy? Over cook pork become hard and stringy, no good. LOW AND SLOW.
