@@Bevity, no she didn't. Towards the end of her life, I'd be talking with her on the phone when she was in the hospital. Suddenly she'd start to mumble then go silent. I always called the front desk to have them check on her. They would bring her around. Eventually, though, she could not be brought back. She was only 30 years old.

But yes this was definitely a medical episode and I'm willing to bet she knew it was because she immediately went for the insulin which she never does on a stream because that would prove her haters right.

I got super tired after eating a whole pizza and I did it because I was anorexic and didn’t eat for 2 days when I woke up a few hours later my heart was pounding extremely fast (210bpm) and after some googling i found out that this happens to diabetics after eating a large meal and what happened was my blood sugar went way up from way low from the fasting followed by the carbs. Someone with diabetes can’t maintain normal sugar levels so a diabetic person doesn’t have to do much to get the same effect I did. I googled it and my heart rate was survivable for my age but older heavier diabetic people like her could have a heart attack if her heart rate gets too high that’s not even considering diabetic comas. Anorexics can easily die from eating after starving themselves for too long because of things like blood sugar and other body processes. I don’t think she realizes or is in denial about how she’s playing as much of a dangerous game as a heroin addict is, one day she could just not upload because she died or something. Just like a heroin addict overdoses she’s gonna pass out and stop breathing shortly after spiking her blood sugar and that’ll be it.

Happened to my dad when hr was driving his three adult daughters. He said he "didnt know who we were" and couldnt move. He pulled over, shocked and afraid to death. We sat there afraid for an hour in the parking lot. Next year he has a seizure in a atorr and finds out hes diabetic. Btw he didnt realize that was connected until three years later when i found out he had the seizure and was diagnosed. Hed probably still not realize that happened

I have mentioned before that she has not went back to her sleep doctor nor had a sleep study in how many yearsss??? or bought new supplies, and she may need a bi-pap at this point, and others have said to adjust the pressure yourself as there are youtube videos about this but it is NOT a good idea even if you can, the sleep doctor will be able to prescribe the correct pressure, hell her machine may not even be working right anymore, or she has a leak in her hose?? Type 2 diabetics still produce insulin but the body doesn't know how to distribute it. The medications tells the liver to not release so much sugar for each meal. Type 1 diabetes isn't preventable nor curable, and that's controlled by insulin because the pancreas can't produce insulin so a controlled carb diet and insulin 4 times a day is required to survive.. Many people misunderstand the different types of diabetes, and the stigma attached to it is, it's preventable. Far from the truth. Aside from possibly being genetic, stress and viruses can cause diabetes. It's very concerning as many are being diagnosed with type 1 and 2 after having covid. I'm one of them (type 1).

The way she sorta looked off while eating, slumped a bit when drinking that coffee, stopped breathing while she was slumped over, the way her eyes fluttered and rolled before she snorted/snored herself awake and immediately goes to grab her insulin before proclaiming she needs a nap speaks to her having a diabetic episode that freaked her out but she tried to play it off. Like it or not she's at the end of the road and she's one dessert filled binge/hubcap of rice away from slipping away and not getting back up. With the way she treats her audience and the hug box she's built no one will likely catch on until it's too late. My bet is she'll do it either in the bathroom and go down or at the end of her stream, proclaim she needs a nap and never gets up.

Insulin is given after you do your blood sugar. That way you know how many units to give yourself. Some people test 4 times a day, many less. If she is uncontrolled and her blood sugar is always high, she should be testing at different times during the day, and giving herself the appropriate amount she needs. Shes eating crap food over there. Shes probably high all the time.😂, I mean her Blood sugar😂
