at Universal Studios Orlando
The Mardi Gras Scavenger Hunt is a fun activity that challenges guests to find 15 hidden coins throughout the park and earn a special reward. We found 2 coins and a hidden po boy. The Mardi Gras event is designed to be family-friendly and is included with park admission. It occurs rain or shine, so guests should bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast. No flashing happening at this Mardi Gras, just fun with parade float entertainers. The Mardi Gras parade features 12 floats, each representing a different element, such as fire, water, earth, and air. Guests can ride a Mardi Gras float and toss beads to the crowd by reserving a spot for free with a virtual queue in the Universal Orlando app once in the park. Passholders can sign up ahead of time. Make sure to arrive early to get a good seat watching the parade. Accessible seating is available.
