My older sister eats like you. She takes into account what would be healthy and what's not, taking into account ingredients of products. I rarely ever see her eating takeouts. Even her once in a blue moon cheat food has some essence of goodness to it. She's been a precocious eater since age 18 (she got diagnosed with lean PCOS at 15 so it was a gradual lifestyle change since then for he; she forgo sugar in her tea and switched to spearmint tea without milk). And I'm in awe at her to this day. The level of awareness about what she puts into her body and self-control exercised is on another level. And seeing you reminds me of her. Even the home cooked meals she used to make were made in the most healthy (albeit tasty) way possible. She's moved to 🍁 last Sept, and I miss her😖. Ok, end of my digression🤐.
