노원에 수제버거 집이 생겼다고 해서 궁금해서 갔는데 너무 맛있어서 두번째 갔더니 더 맛있어졌어요 날이 가면 갈 수록 더 맛있어서 깜짝 놀란 단골 버거집입니다 번창 하셨으면 좋겠어요!!

엇 여기다! 노원역에서 약속있었는데 너무 일찍 도착해서 약속전에 햄버거 먹으러 갔는데 진짜 너무 맛있어서 버거 같은 거로 2개 먹고 배터진 상태로 약속장소 가게 한곳.. 영상보니깐 재료도 신선한거 쓰네요 ㅎㅎ 맛있는 이유가 있었네

여기 어제보고 오늘 갔는데 미쳤어요. 기본버거 2개에 푸틴먹고왔는데 진심 사나이 버거입니다. 고기패티 육즙 미쳤고 두께도 좋고 베이컨 이거 사기템임.. 푸틴은 정통푸틴보다 간이 약하고 색도 약한데 더 부드럽고 고급진맛이 남. 가격도 너무 착해서 여기 근처로 이사오고싶어짐.. 다음엔 칠리프라이즈하고 다른 버거 먹으러 갈 예정인데 벌써 침나오고 화가나네요

푸틴이라고 하기에 반가워서 끝까지 봤는데.. 뭔가 푸틴과는 다른 요리네요 ㅎ 한.. 고급고급고급 푸틴이랄까... 물론 가격은 싼 편이지만... 감자튀김에 그레이비 대충 뿌리고 치즈 좀 얹는 기본 푸딩먹다가 저거 먹으면 정말 다른 요리처럼 느껴질듯 합니다. 개인적으로 몬트리올에서 제일 유명한 푸틴집 La Banquise 자주 갔었는데 솔직히 그돈주고 이걸 왜 먹냐 싶어도 명소니까 그냥 갔었는데 여기 영상 몬트리올 친구들에게 보여주고 싶네요. 저도 지방 살아서 가기 어렵지만 서울 가면 한번 방문해보고 싶습니다.

I've never seen bacon with gristle running thru it. Also, wh do you not cook your flour/thickening agent a bit longer, so that it is more brownish is color? Lighter thickeners tend to taste more floury.
