An amazing job on all the food items. The searing of the meat to bring out its flavor was expertly done. I would love to spend an evening enjoying the excellent cuisine this staff has worked so hard to present. What part of Korea is located in, would be my only question.

This is THE best buffet I've ever seen. I've eaten at Bacchanal at Caesar's Palace in Vegas many times (anyone who knows buffet, knows about that one), but this is superior, I have to say.

They don't hire chefs in Vegas anymore . It's Fry cooks and batter mixers . The rest is pre prepreped for the oven

They keep showing the Salmon which is used for dog food in Alaska . They evidently don't have much of a fish source besides farm raised tilapia which eat mosquito larvae.

웬만해선 댓글 안다는데, 이 영상보고 지난주말 갔다와서 솔직한 후기 남겨봅니다. 극히 주관적일수 있습니다. 뷔페는 정말 많이 다녔는데, 가본 봐로는, 12만원에 할인가 9만원이면 다시는 안먹을 퀄리티입니다. 영상의 바베큐들은 한조각씩 맛보고 진정 손도 대지 않았습니다. 양갈비는 이렇게 비린네나는 건 처음입니다. 한입 먹고 버렸습니다. 새우는 단맛이 다 빠져 있고, 참치 뱃살이 땡겨서 갔는데, 이것도 그저 그랬고, 광어는 초밥으로만 있는데, 이건 좋았습니다. 와인은 영상에 있는건 4~5만원대, 실제 있는건 9900원짜리, 그리고 없는 메뉴들도 보이네여... 재료는 나빠 보이지 않는데, 요리를 진짜 못하는 곳입니다. 이 영상이 없었다면 저는 갈일도 없었을 텐데 괜히 봐가지고~~~~~~ 대책이 시급해 보입니다.

What a super buffet! For me the beef ribs pork ribs & lamb ribs plus the other roast meat are my favorite! What a wonderful selection overall, on a high-end scale! The fresh seafood, the huge cheese with the freshly made pasta just to name a few! Also some unique dishes for a buffet! I know it's the Intercontinental Hotel so you would expect to pay a high price! I just wonder how much was the price? I'm guessing ₩170,000($125)??

I would love to go to this place, and I've never been a fan of buffets. Wow! Everything is so perfectly executed. These are serious chefs. I just don't understand why people would show up at a five-star restaurant - with clearly trained professionals that take great pride in their work - dressed like they're at a summer BBQ. 😳
