While I like your videos and appreciate what you are doing, I sometimes am disappointed when Bangalore and Bengaluru is interchanged. In the book I saw Bangalore but you correctly say Bengaluru, but in all your videos the title in Bangalore. I think those who have lived in Bengaluru for many years and have made it their home,, the least one can do is give back to the city and its people by spelling the name right.

True Meera...But in this episode he is fully encaging chef's WIFE and Sri was not at all in consideration in any moment. Guest lady was not even talking to Sri. i'm telling you This is going to create unnecessary issues in both the families. God Only Can Save Kripal after this.

This was a great episode Kripal, to get up, close and really personal with Chef Abhijit Saha. He comes across as a genuinely humble and warm person. I particularly enjoyed you tucking into your meal using your hands. No fork, no spoon, no knife. Just good, ol' fashioned hands. Just like it should be :)

'Dog barking', 'Wife on an episode', 'At a chef place' was some of the "Firsts'... A Dornier(mostly) and/or Two/ Three 'Mi-8 helicopters' flying in close proximity to the place of shoot was also an unique 'First'. You can hear their sound @ 17:25, 21:05, 26:46 You feel like eating Risotto and you 'order a chef' was also a first to the best of my knowledge 🤣

The churros dipped in cinnamonny dark chocolate is enough to catch the attention. ! *Sorry Chef* , we wouldn't want to " churrafy " it. ! The *flower was sad* because it did not want to belong as part of the garnish . Looks like it was overthought ? *Some Basics* are AS good As it is ! The Bengali payish tops any dessert with the Nolan gur ! We ordered it when somebody asked us what they want from Bengal ?

Hello Kripal! How are you? Abhijit Saha told 'nalen' means new. In the case of jaggery it is right, nalen represents new. But not in other cases. I think 'nalen' comes from 'nalin', means water. The 'nalen gurh' is basically watery gurh. Thank you. Stay safe. Happy eating! 😊
