This review made a big impression upon me. Why? Here is a young chef, a young entrepreneur, taking various dishes, from all over the world, and bringing it's flavors and innovation home to India. It increases the level of fine dining experience and goes a long way in heightening the awareness of it in India. I think it's one of the best reviews from that perspective. You don't really need courage to open vegetarian restaurants in Bangalore... Nowadays people are turning vegetarians... Days have come where ppl have started searching exclusive vegetarian restaurants... Definitely he will do well in future... My best wishes for this person who has come out with new innovation....

Wow. Felt like watching a nice movie. Being a Hyderabadi, I would certainly visit this place and taste their dishes. I think one should visit this joint with a family or friends so that one can have different reviews in one go. Incidentally, why can't you visit Vijayawada, AP, a place famous for street food and some of the oldest restaurants (65 years old Babai Hotel- Idly with Ghee and Butter a must try) to compete with Bengaluru. Game for it?

Loved this video. This place is nice, but too costly. This is a perfect place to try different food from world cuisine, if u r bored of regular food. Welcome back to ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು......😎😎😎 Mr Chef is absolutely wrong in his words, ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು was never a premium Non Vegetarian place for Dinners. We always cherished the amazing Idly sambar, delicious masale dose, uppitu and various other 😋😋😋😋 yummy Cuisines and delicacies..... Personal opinion the place is ಸಿಕಾಪಟ್ಟೆ Expensive...😐😐😐 Did not like the way Chef was too talkative... Bon Appetite... Bon Appetite... Bon Appetite... 😁😁😁 NASI GORENG: ತಂಗಳು ಅನ್ನ, Fried Rice!! Kripal, Going to this eatery is like getting lost in Kumbh Mela. You never know who you meet next and what you eat next. The whole lot seems like a Varnasankar food. There is a class of hep people who would like to look belonging to that special crowd . But if there is no Theme to the food , 99 percent of people may feel cheated. Seeing the jumble of recipes, It takes a lot to try to impress people. Because there won't be lingering taste and memories attached. You may differ from my viewsl ....but for me an Idli with coconut chutney and spoonful of Sambar eaten at any road side eatery packs better punch, better taste and better memories of food!

I would recommend you to visit Thyme and Whisk in Jaynagar which is also an absolute vegetarian delight with some innovative range of dishes .

Greetings from New Jersey!! Awesome YT channel with great videos and tons of information. Love it! Tried the rasam recipe demonstrated by your wife and loved it - it will be my default rasam recipe going forward. As for this particular video, am surprised that a person as knowledgeable as you did not take exception to the classification of parmesan khichdi as a vegetarian dish. You know that to be truly called parmesan, the cheese absolutely has to be made with rennet from an unweaned calf slaughtered for veal. I'm sure many people know this already, but if they don't, they shouldn't be misled into thinking that it is vegetarian. Maybe if they know, people for whom it is a deal breaker will ask that the parmesan be left out.

Wow I loved every bit of this vedio.. I took my whole team to pump house after watching ur vedio and the team and my myself absolutely love it, same wise I would definitely visit here... I see by the time ur dessert came the restaurant is empty, probably ur taking ample breaks between ur starters, mains and desserts which is good since ul give a honest and apt review
