Well said - there's no such thing as Thai Chicken Satay - you'll only really find Moo in Thailand, i.e. pork 'satay' skewers. Chicken Satay is Malaysian/Indonesian, so when the chef says its authentic I don't know of what he speaks!

That much safrron she added for that barely one spoon over the spicy fish dish, for what. That saffron is 100% fake so she added that much. It's as much valuable as half of the cost of entire other stuff.

No such things as "authentic Thai satay." Satay is a Malay/Indonesian dish.
