I’ve watched every single review you’ve ever made, well the FRC ones anyway 😂and can honestly say this was a pleasure to watch for nearly an hours worth of content that spoke volumes on how good that restaurant clearly is. The staff talking you through the process etc were a credit to their business..Well done on eating the 👁️Matt, bigger man than me Brother 😂Also get Rich on the reviews more as he is by far the best fellow presenter on your channel. Very expressive, full of charisma, he clearly loves food as much as you do and you two go back n forth really well. That review was a 10/10 all day and twice on a Sunday. There’s only one problem I have with this video guys. I live on the opposite side of the bloody world and cannot get all that Fallow goodness. I’ve watched tons of their pov videos (mainly) and loved seeing it from the customer’s view. Just made me want to visit more though. Love the enthusiasm and sheer joy of eating amazing food. I’m from Dublin, living in the UK and you boys, this great vid aside, from previous vids have wet my appetitie for going back home for decent grub/food for the 1st time since I left some 20yrs ago - cant wait for a Dublin Spice bag after your reviews….amongst other dishes and places to visit. * my taste for food varies and there is always a time for anything from dining at Fallow to having a decent bag of chips on the beach and anything in between once its good food. Amazing how efficient they are using EVERY last bit of their product. Ive dabbled in restaurants, and food waste is always a terrible thing for a business. These guys not only dont waste, they have figured out a business model to charge top dollar for them. That is restaurant genius my friends.

The head of the fish is the tastiest part! (Just don’t eat the eyes 👀) Jokes aside though in many parts of the world the fish head is held in high regard! It’s not commonly served as a main dish in the UK so these guys have found a niche there! You can totally tell they were schooled‘🐟 🐟🐟 🤣by the weird and wonderful, creative culinarily mind of Heston Blumenthal! What these guys have done is cut out all the fantasy food and gimmicks you’d expect from Heston, which in all honesty alienated the majority of British foodies (myself included) These guys are doing what you’re supposed to do with good ingredients, and let them be the star of the show.
