So excited about this! I love how this info is finally becoming REAL to people and making such an amazing impact in the US. I have been studying Organic nutrition for 3 years now and I'm also about to be certified to educate others in this movement!

We need to care more about than ourselves because the way that others eat affects us all.

Sanity, great to hear it put in so clearly and with such heart. I feel strongly that your attitude of caring about us all (compassion for humans and animals) is the key. It seems also vital that we effectively show farmers and workers in the harmful food and health (chemical, pharmaceutical) industries the other options for them. Sure many corporations are massively powerful, but since they are probably neutral about what is being grown, but very interested in profit, to show them how to make profit without harming the planet seems incredibly important. As many people follow your food revolution, it will become clearer. Thanks!

YES! Kevin F. B. It's Genuine! - I've watchted them for 7 years now, researched & read up on this subject. I have tried eating like it is suggested and I feel better. What they are suggesting just makes common sense! EAT REAL FOOD! I don't believe that they are cashing in - you could look that up yourself tho. Try some of their ideas - it can't hurt. Good luck on your journey.

Eat products like Capay Hills Organic Raw Almonds www.chorganicalmonds.com and organic apples. I'm not as sold on grass fed, grass finished beef. I met a rancher who told me he uses roundup to spray on his pastures in order to remove the thistle and bad greens. He told me "In three days after I spray the round up, I get grasses growing back up and it's robust enough to let my herd back onto the pasture!" We need to insist ranchers who "grass feed and grass finish" don't use herbicides to keep grasses on their pasture!
