I remember several years ago I suffered from severe depression and mental disorder. I was addicted to illicit pills, alcohol, and smoking until I was recommended for psilocybin mushroom treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly I'm 8 years clean now. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against anxiety and depression.

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He's 59 & has many mental health issues plus probably CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD knows if it is common for an obsession with violence.

I usually grew up on my grandmother's country food who didn't buy anything in the store except milk and bread. Everything else she did on her own from sausages and sour greens and cucumbers, peppers, all homemade. She made her own cakes and salted scones. But she was also physically much more active.I decided for myself not to eat anything cooked or baked in oil and fat, nor to eat meat other than fish and seafood. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, with lots of seeds, barley or oatmeal, and a lot of honey and propolis. I don't eat spicy food, I eat light food. I have two meals a day, one is at 1pm, and the other is at 6pm. In the morning I take only two tablespoons of honey and drink a lot of water, teas of various kinds that I buy at the market but not in filters, but dried, just picked from trees or bushes. And I feel great. I walk a lot during the day with breathing and meditation exercises. I have a vice and that's coffee, but I'm not exaggerating. I don't drink alcohol because it doesn't suit me. Hello All , if you are 65 years of age, you might remember when you were a child, your parents brought home a box of peaches. The whole house was filled with the peach aroma , the same with a couple of pineapples , strong aroma as you walked in the door , the whole house had that fruity aroma. Nowdays ,there is either zero aroma , or you have to put your nose right on the fruit to smell it and not much taste either Here in South Africa , where the cost of production , and export commitments of producers puts the top class fruits out of reach of local retailers , yes they do get parcels of excess export fruits occasionally , but these supermarket chain retailers end up importing fruits from the mid east and south america to fulfill customer needs , but the cost to the customer is very high, may you all have a peaceful life.

You're so right over here in America you can't even find a peach that's not as hard as a baseball I haven't eaten one in years never mind the smell of fruit the strawberries over here sprayed red the blueberries I mean there's nothing here in America fruit wise that is worth eating. I just told my husband and father-in-law last week no I want some water water like I grew up on they don't understand I did find some water from Hawaii that is filtered through the volcano that kind of taste like what I grew up on but the purity is not there because it comes from so far it sits in plastic and then heat absorbs those chemicals, I grew up with my grandparents and we had a well and my grandfather check that well yearly with the water company people we grow our own vegetables our own fruit we grew cattle pigs and everything we ate came out of from our ground or the butcher where we took our animals to be slaughtered. I can't believe I still have some help after being in the city for almost 30 years but the taste of food just is not the same the green beans and potatoes and broccoli the cabbage tomatoes especially tomatoes I used to love them as a kid oh my good eat just I had to be cold though right out the refrigerator some salt and pepper I don't even eat them anymore than adult because they don't taste like a damn beef steak tomato they don't even exist they have this thing in the supermarket it says beef steak tomato and I look at that I'm like you f****** liars that's the size of a peach a beef steak tomatoes so big you can't even hold it in one hand I really need to start my own garden because I'm so tired of missing out on the good food cabbage oh my God I love cabbage this crap they have in the stores and nowhere near cabbage. But then if I was to get my own seeds where is it going to come from the same people that are producing the food I currently eat I learned from my pastor biblically you don't eat from your fruit tree until the 7th year the first year goes to God so forth and so on I never knew that until last week may God have mercy on us all and I don't know how we're going to undo all these billionaires who like to hunt us for sport yes it's true so imagine what they like to do to our food. Look how many times McDonald's has been caught with human meat and their food over in California the United States there's a restaurant right there that you can order human whatever you want brain liver heart whatever here's the best part it's responsibly sourced now can you please explain to me how you responsibly source a human being to be killed fried boiled flowered whatever and put in front of your face to eat cuz I just can't get off on that I can't find no way to responsibly source of human being unless I give birth to one at least sick bastards. May God be with us all and may He kick their ass when they go up there with their satanic ways God bless you and I hope you have many healthy years

This is text book knowledge of the ideal lifestyle... unfortunately not all of us can live in ashrams, which have their own home grown fruits and vegetables AND with large staff to cook several times a day... better to suggest ways around it to mitigate the bad effects of current worldwide scenario.

Unfortunately, we tend to look more into the problems. Out of 3 points mentioned, lets try to work on first 2 at least, that's in our control. What we eat and when we eat. Cribbing is not the solution, so once we take few steps we will find solutions to others as well. FYI - the ashram does not have all the home grown food, plus there are no staff to cook - its mostly volunteers, just like you and me, who provide help so everyday over 1000 meals could be served to those who depend on ashram.

Grow your own fruit and vegetables. Vinegar is another way to remove residues from fruits and vegetables. Some suggest that a solution of 4-parts water to 1-part vinegar for about 20 minutes should do the trick, while others suggest full-strength vinegar is needed to thoroughly remove pesticides. If you've been studying health as long as I have looking through the different cultures and occult effects of different foods on the body and even looking through the many diets find the truth somewhere between the lines you start to realize there is actually very few foods one should eat if they're trying to become spiritually enlightened
@VicSaidThat
@VicSaidThat 2 жыл бұрын
A guru said once that for enlightenment to happen all you need is a healthy gut. Makes sense because the solar plexus is the seat of the subconcious intelligence and if we eat ’bad’ food there will be blockages that hinders the subconcious intelligence distibuted throughout the body.
@ryandlion6961

@@VicSaidThat I agree brother, recently I've been realizing that weight is really just all gas due to not digesting your food it's got nothing to do with calories. And really movement only has to do with probably 30% of losing that weight via sweating. If we can get to a point where we were digesting machines and we avoid the polyunsaturated fatty oils and harmful additives and dyes were golden. We can eat what we want. The gut is part of three consciousness in our body along with the heart and mind, and it is the first one, like you said so that makes sense. But movement everyday is key, for health and longevity. And funny that it helps tremendously with digestion. Movement might actually help other things much more then the reason that mainstream will say it's for such as calorie burning,or even making muscle.. I think it has more to with digestion, oxygen and co2, emotional, mental, and lymphatic clearing. And other things.

@@ryandlion6961 this is what I've found as well. It's about how much we consume and obviously what we consume too. But it's also the energy we put out. Not only outwardly with our use of energy but also how we think and perceive our world around us. We must not consume too much or be consumed too much if that makes sense.

@@Insp.CountMortisWinshipKlaw that's funny I've heard it the other way before, that fruit, seeds nuts are survival food and meat iss the real thing you're after. If you don't incorporate dairy products honey at least , some other healthy carbs, different herbs, I really hope you at least think about trying those out! I'm not going to try and push meat on you. Even thou I think you should but your really missing out on your health by not having these other things that there's really nothing wrong with! Especially honey!! Potatoes even. Also I kinda feel like fruit from the store is one of the most deceptable to sprays and bad water, because fruit is made up of so much water. So I hope you eat more homegrown fruit. Home grown lemons are night and day different! Plus apples grown are like drinking apple juice.

I discovered something important for my self and I minimized all foods to just 10or so things i only eat on a regular cycle i get pretty much all i need out of them and dont have any digestive discomfort whatsoever.. I found that eating many different things even if heathy creates a mess and an imbalance in your system you must intake the same nutrients and same types of food in a repeated cycle to get your body in a perfect chemical balance.. like most animals in the world do not have a problem with needing to eat healty lol or loose weight at the same time they don’t have to force them selfs to eat anything they don’t like.. how? they figured out the same way i just described what food they like and that is also the best for them and they stick to it in a repeated cycle..

Tubers like potatoes, etc to be avoided as they produce gas in the system which goes against the prana vayu. For digesting cooked foods, the system needs a downtime.
