sir i have a question, what does it mean by the 'emergence of new routes for microorganisms? Are there any further details about it?
@foodtechsimplified4 жыл бұрын
Emergence of new routes means that the new species of microorganisms may find a new pathway to bypass food processing or a specific hurdle and enter into the food.
@chanter19164 жыл бұрын
@@foodtechsimplified ohh thank you so much, is it okay if u cite a few examples of such species? Does it incudes microoganisms like eschericia coli o157 H7?

Sir can you please explain how to select topics for final project work, for m.tech
@foodtechsimplified6 жыл бұрын
Hey! Thanks for the comment. You can follow these steps to choose a project - 1. Select a category/topic of your interest. 2. Research using journals/internet and with the help of your faculties that what new/innovative can be done using the available resources. 3. Keep writing down the ideas that come to your mind. 4. Your project must deliver or add some value either to the consumer or to the food business operator. 5. You can also develop/look for methods that can be developed in lower costs/develop process that take lesser time. Hope that'll help. 🙂
