try out mod "FARD" there was a great retexture for Kirkwall to make it made of blackstone so it would look like in Varric's story, but i can't find it anymore.

How did you get the textures on buildings and stuff to work? When i play it looks like everything is a clay like, and plants are boxes.

You need to get an LAA patch to allow for more ram usage! The twinception mod has one linked in its description!
