The honeycrisp apple tart is so heavy on the apple it absolutely tingles my desire for that decadent jammy fruit. THIS is what I've been waiting for.

My AMAZING educator of Chefery! You need to know! I was making one of your recipes for flat bread and threw in to many cups of flour! I laughed and went for something different while starting the recipe in a separate bowl! I let it rise.Let it rest. Then I put it in a hot skillet with Apple wood smoked cheddar on both sides! Flipped and ENJOYED! 🙏🤣🤣🤣🤣

You asked why the dough rounds were oval. I think if you look back at the video, you will be able to see the original small sheet of dough had tiny wrinkles in it. It was sqooshed up a bit to make it look square. You cut round circles, but as the dough warmed, the wrinkles spread out.

I love cauliflower. Especially when I get one fresh from my garden. My father used to 😅make cauliflower patties just cooked cauliflower breadcrumbs, Romano, beaten, eggs, and fried. I like to take cook cauliflower dredged in flour dipped in beaten egg and breadcrumbs, and fried in EVOO. I love baked cauliflower and onions and tomatoes and garlic served with pasta. I am really looking forward to cooking all the recipes. I just saw in the video it may take me a while but I’m going to get to all of them. They all look delicious I am curious. I got this recipe in this little spiral cookbook. Not exactly one of my greatest Italian cookbooks of which I have many but I make this all the time for antipasto it was called Neapolitan cauliflower, just finally chopped onions, cooked cauliflower and chopped green olives with oregano, EVOO and white and wine vinegar. You are Neapolitan have you ever heard of this is it traditional? Thank you for all your great videos.

After I used the Luxardo cherries I add some dried bing and jarred morello cherries into the remaining Luxardo liquid and let those soak it up…it makes good use of the expensive Luxardo liquid.

Why don't you use a mandolin, John? It's so quick for cutting things thinly. Ok, I will sit back & watch you turn this in to a masterpiece.

@Food Wishes: Toast slices of pumpernickel or other firm bread, and rub with a clove of garlic, then spread mayonnaise on it. Toasted surface would act as a file. If it's not abrasive enough, mix pressed garlic with mayo, and spread on toasted bread. Put a slice of baby pickle on it, and a sprat fried in oil (little fishes, sold in European food stores in cans). Enjoy.

Called it 75% pastry which is ironic because apples are 70% air. You're just making an apple fulfill its true destiny

If you were drowning in a pool and I was nearby, would you want me to throw you a lifesaver? Undoubtedly yes. You're not drowning in a pool but everyone has a death sentence hanging over their head. That death sentence is called sin and the only one that can deliver you from it is Jesus Christ. His love is so great that He died on a cross in your place so you could live with Him forever after you leave this earth. To gain eternal life, all you need to do is repent of your sins and ask Jesus to forgive you and start living for Him. Read the Bible daily and pray. He will guide your steps. Please repent soon because this wicked world is just about out of time. Why am I telling you all this? Because I care about you and don't want to see you die in your sin and be cast into hell. I pray you ask Him for forgiveness soon. God Bless.
