i had none of the ingredients. But fresh rosemary/cilantro/garlic/adobo/coarse salt/lemon/dill/thyme... it was very good. My hand is exhausted trying to make a paste, but it turned out really well. Also had no time to marinade in fridge. This also tasted pretty good. Thanks for the cooking time on High Heat. That really tied the room together. Then I sprinkled it with lemon and the left over chopped up herbs. My wife said i need to write down the recipe she loved it. Jokes on her, I made it up.

I've grown my own herbs for years, and I find stripping the lemon thyme leaves off the stem very relaxing and therapeutic.

. I make a marinade something similar with dried herbs because I don't have mortar and pedstel and use it for chicken kabobs too. Even baste garlic bread with it and fish. Great recipe Chef John. Now I want to get new kitchen gadget and try fresh herbs.

I like doing them with the shells on. they are more forgiving and not as easy to overcook. allows more time on the heat contact.✌😏
