I mean, its basically the exact same process if you were to buy the grinder attachment for your kitchen aid stand mixer and grind your own cuts of beef, you want a good ratio of fat to muscle, add seasonings, the only thing they added that is kinda lame is breading, I wouldn't add that to my burger, but if I were making a meatloaf, sure.

As someone who makes a living selling hand ground chuck burgers, there are too many things wrong with these "burgers" to name. I'll just stick with, ingredients other than beef and salt went into the patties, I won't even address the horror that followed. If your burger patty has anything in it but beef, salt, and pepper, (and cheese if it's a Juicy Lucy) you're doing it wrong. And no, that's not a "turkey burger" there's no such thing, that's just a ground turkey sandwich.

This actually very small for hamburger production. I worked in a major facility that made Burgers for a fast food chain. 1 million burgers per day. The grinder was called the c400. You could have dumped a VW beetle in it. We generally put 2000 lbs at a time in it.

Bardzo dobry film pokazujący że takiego syfu się nie je. Ilość wypełniaczy, barwnika i jeszcze jakiegoś gówna jest przerażająca. Takie zakłady powinny być automatycznie zamykane bo po kilku latach ludzie się dziwią że mają nowotwory, pryszcze, wysypki, alergie i inne podobne gówna. Tak więc ktoś kto spożywa taki syf jak na filmie robi to na własną odpowiedzialność. A zrobienie samemu super hamburgerów jest jednym z najprostszych przepisów ... tylko się musi chcieć.
