하루종일 빵들이 바깥공기에 노출되어 있으니 보이지 않는 먼지들이 음식 위에 많이 쌓일 것 같아요. 그 부분이 좀 염려되어서 가게 앞까지 갔으나 사먹지 않았습니다. 과일, 채소, 생선 같은건 노출되어 있어도 소비자가 씻어서 먹을 수 있지만 빵은 씻어 먹을 수 없잖아요. 투명한 뚜껑 제작하시어 덮어서 판매해주시면 위생상 좋을 것 같습니다

Theyre very easy to make. In india i believe they have a similar dish. Make a spicy potato/mix veg mix. And make a sandwhich Then, dip the sandwhich in a batter made of chickpea flour and water. No need for eggs! Proceed to fry them. Thats it! Its really easy. And if youre extra lazy, just buy the potatomix and heck even the vegatables premade/prepeeled or whatever. I have to admit however, i didnt like how they didnt put the filling all th eway out to the corner, so dont skimp on that! It might also make it more difficult especially if you batter is too thin/thick… but i love the idea of adding crumbs for crispiness.
