I bet it still tasted delicious though! I know people worry about their sponge cracking and breaking, but you can just cover those imperfections with more ganache! No one would know! And it is the perfect Christmas dessert! Far better than Christmas pudding! Bleh! 🙀😹

I have never made any kind of rolled cake, I’m always scared it will break. Though I guess if your covering it with ganache or a frosting no one would know. I l love that you made this gluten free.
