They really should have brought a medical doctor along, just saying. Like, your doing archeological work in a remote area with a high risk of someone falling (although not onto a bone). Also, Simon being worried about bugs makes me smile.

Hey Guys, I just wanna let you all know (producers, writer, and the voice actors) that I LOVE this series, I binge-watched it over a little less than a week while working and it's a very engaging story with great voice actors and FANTASTIC sound design. Keep going with the awesome job and I'll seriously consider becoming a patron once the whole COVID situation is a little more stable and I have a better defined economic situation myself. One little inquiry I wanted to make: I have been thinking about and wanting to do some voice acting/ voiceover work. Since this is the closest to a Voice Acting channel I follow, I figured I'd ask for some tips from you on entering that world. i’ve been thinking about the other commenters saying simon’s reaction was unrealistic and i just gotta say, i hard disagree. first of all, he’s clearly been paranoid of bugs since the first bug attack, thinking the caves are full of them and mistaking shadows for bugs (possibly). he’s very frightened of them and knows they can bite or sting. then, he was pushed onto a hive on the ground that made his ankle explode in pain. obviously he would at least consider that there were like 20 bugs stinging him in that moment

You know, I wasn't going to say anything, but that whole "Simon getting a bone through his ankle but asks 'Is it bugs?!' thing" really compels me to comment that the writing and acting this season compared to the last is downright Tommy Wiseau-ian. Who says that? Thats right up there with "Hows your sex life?'

just got to that part. A bone *through* the entirety of the leg at the ankle? Or just into his ankle? I'm having a hard time seeing how a bone could go through him and out the other side but they say through, not into. His reaction doesn't seem equal to getting impaled or even stabbed with a sizeable sharp object either. Huffing and puffing like he's not in shock and can feel pain enough, but having the "bugs" thought is very odd. I really enjoy the series but I agree the reactions of season 1/2 compared to the ones we've seen in 3 so far... yeah.
